Charles Norman Mason is a talented composer and professor at Birmingham Southern College. Mason’s music has been performed throughout the world including the Aspen Summer Music Festival, Foro Internacional de Música Nueva in Mexico, and new music festivals in Prague, Bucharest, Bulgaria, and Sao Paulo. He won the 2005-2006 Samuel Barber Rome Prize Fellowship in composition and the 2009 American Composers Orchestra “Playing it Unsafe” prize.

Archimedes Day Invitation for the Fu Foundation School of Engineering And Applied Science. The Achimedes Day event brought together alumni and donors of Columbia’s School of Engineering. The fund raising event, held in December 2008, was a success and drew many more attendees than previous years.

Gabriel Kelley & the Reins is a alternative folk band out of Nashville, Tennessee. Gabriel wanted a set of concert posters to match the website (www.gabrielkelley.com) that From Scratch Design had already produced. The band uses these posters across the country to promote their shows and music.

Invitation Design for Columbia University’s alumni event: Columbia in California. The invitation went to 2,500 alumni in the San Fransisco and Los Angles areas. The weekend included five main events, each with different invitation packages. The events were a success and doubled the attendance from the previous year.
